About Alice In Bookland

Hello and welcome to Alice In Bookland!

I’m Alice. I read, knit, write, sew, blog, spin, pray, and live.

I am a Catholic committed to my faith. My patron saint is Saint Bernadette and my Confirmation saint is Saint Philomena.

I like the little things in life. Books, armchairs, squishy babies, the smell of incense at Mass, roses, yarn, haircuts, shawls, colors, the blue sky, socks, music, wrapping up in a blanket, a mug of Earl Gray tea, all these things make me happy.

I started knitting back in 2006 and it has since become an addiction. In January 2015, I learned to spin. I’ve been sewing since I was little, so no clue when that was. I’ve been reading since I was very small and I have never been able to stop. Books and knowledge make me very happy.

I’m so glad you decided to stop by and browse. I try post at least three times a week and I join Ginny for YarnAlong. If you like what you see, you can sign up to follow Alice In Bookland. Thank you so much for reading!
